Could you provide more info about your case? Did you work full time between 2 programs in 2 different college?

I finished my study on september 7 2018 and got a noc B job on sep 17 and i started working full time immediately. My visa was expiring on nov 3rd so someone suggested to go for flagpoling for applying pgwp. By the time i went for flagpoling, i already worked for full time for a month in that new job. Cbsa said that i did authorized work and she refused my pgwp and barred me from applying for 6 months.

Your mistake was working full time as opposed to part time pending your completion letter. Once you applied for your PGWP then you could start full time pending a decision. Your problem now is that you need a valid study permit and also to be within 90 days of completion letter to apply for a PGWP. I doubt a lawyer can help given ignorance of the rules is no defence and as said if you had only worked part time you would have probably been fine.

cbsa officer told me verbally and she said she left a note on my file. She never gave me any refusal letter. what may this mean?

It means that you have a permanent record of the refusal, and the reason, on your immigration file. That would prevent you from flagpolling elsewhere to try and get a PGWP. Unless your lawyer can show that CBSA made a mistake in law, you are probably out of luck.

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you tell them you work full time after completing your study or they found out? The only option now is restore your student status and apply to another course to continue the study, after that you still have a chance to apply for work permit again.

What date did you apply for PGWP? Also if you finished on 22 Dec 2018, why did you put you finished 2019? They will not misunderstand anything, you obviously put the wrong dates in.
