I got the AOR on 5th Feb 2021 but I am not able to view online status on ECAS - Client Tool yet. How many days will it take to get it displayed online?

I called this morning and was given my temporary file # (XEP--------) for AR 28 August 2020. I was told that they are perfoming completness check before AOR is sent to me

hi i also got XEP number yesterday and been told once agent picked up my file the AOR should send out.

No. I can't. should be wait a time for update in their system if you got AOR

Did you used your uci number, last name, Date of birth and country to view it ? Try with that.
