I called this morning and was given my temporary file # (XEP--------) for AR 28 August 2020. I was told that they are perfoming completness check before AOR is sent to me

You will probably receive your AOR btw March 3 to 5th.

Hi ,

I got BC PNP nomination to apply paper based . Do I need lawyer to proceed ? Whats the next step
You can submit your application yourself no need for lawyer, however you can get help from some consultant if you are not clear about the documentation etc.

It just the date the package was received by IRCC. IRCC does not send you an email because they do not know it's your package, but you can track yours on Canada Post's website.
Once they open your package and process your application, then it's AOR with an email.
Can we do it ourself? or we need lawyer ? is this complicated process?

Hi experts, need your opinion! NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD - I mention same year of expiry "2016" as year of issue of my two kids in generic form # IMM 0008 by mistake. Whereas copy of cards were submitted along with application. Nomination letter was expired in Jan'21. Kindly advise what is the best solution at this moment. AR is Sep 11, 2020. Regards

If ur outland biometric is required but for me mine biometric is valid up to 10 years.
For me I am wait on aor
Then medical
After aor you can go for upfront medical after 9 months of AR, mey be your file will get Biometric exempt but it is not guaranteed.

Hi folks!
I think most of us in this forum are aware of the fact that At the moment IRCC is prioritizing the applications/applicants which have “No Travel Restrictions” means ‘ONLY INLAND’. All the Outland applicants like mine should expect delays in their relevant stages of Applications. Therefore I would request while mentioning your timeline/ any status update Kindly mention ‘Inland’ or ‘Out land’ And also if it’s ‘Paper Based’ or ‘Express Entry’ in order to get better understanding about expected time lines for our application process. In my case it’s

SINP - Paper Based- Outland
AR - July 10, 2020
AOR - January 18, 2020
BIL - Not Required ( already valid )
Estimated time bar- 36% but now disappeared
Status - In process Background check & Eligibility.

I appreciate if all of us can mention their time lines with above mentioned data, this will help all of us to get better overview about the process status. Thanks and I wish all the best and rapid success in Immigrating to Canada .
