Same here, eligibility, security not started. Criminality still in process. No medical extension nor re-do medical. Over 19 month

Mine everything’s passed as confirmed by agent and waiting for extension from last 2 months frustrating

They say that officers are busy and they working on files but the agent couldn't tell what officer is working on at that moment. There is no note or flag or whatever on my file, they received everything they expected (additional documents too), fees have been paid. I really can't imagine what holds up us. There should be a reason for telling me all the time: criminality still in process, security, eligibility haven't started, no medical extension requested nor re-do. I am so desperate!
