They say that officers are busy and they working on files but the agent couldn't tell what officer is working on at that moment. There is no note or flag or whatever on my file, they received everything they expected (additional documents too), fees have been paid. I really can't imagine what holds up us. There should be a reason for telling me all the time: criminality still in process, security, eligibility haven't started, no medical extension requested nor re-do. I am so desperate!

Agents are powerless, i will suggest you use a webform which goes to the higher ups that can take action or through your MP.

Passport, two photos , landing fee receipt.
But I am not sure about interpreter for my wife or I can manage ?

I send a webform last Thursday, but they didn't reply yet. The last time I called them is three weeks ago. Sometimes, I really don't want to call them about my security and medical, if they still told me not started. Half of me want to wait peaceful ,another half of me want to call them again.

When you completed your 19 months, did you try to contact them reagarding your application like web form or something.
My 19 months were completed on 7th july. I called them twice , both time agents mentioned that everything passed except medical . As my medical got expired on 7th june.
