No update since the procedural fairness letter last Nov. We sent email to our VO (manila) for updates, but no response (only got the automated response that their response time is 28 days). So we ordered another set of gcms notes. Hopefully we’ll receive it by march. Our only hope is until now they havent given us a refusal letter and as i read somewhere here, it’s hard to refuse PNP applicants because cic will have to consult the province first.

But I just received my notes. I am under review required for POF. I can't believe that. They quoted i have only 11003 CAD as per my statement, but i have more than 15000 CAD. That guy was a mad man or he can't calculate properly. I am very much anger now. I have sent them some popular Money Exchange rate on a specific day with the rate. Even i added our Central bank screenshot as well. Including a big LOE. They even did not touch my file since Nov. I am so much frustrated. @NzKhn Sister, i don't want to go Canda, they have put my file pending for a silly reason. They are so dumped.

How did they calculate that? Did you declare a loan or you have investment fund? Anyway, even if they are not satisfied they usually give a letter or request ADR. You should upload updated POF and hopefully an officer touches your file again.

I did mention my personal loan as i did to NB. because in my bank statement there was clearly written personal loan EMI every month. So they deduct the outstanding and calculated rest of the balance. Inshallah, i will send an updated statement with enough fund as well a gift deed for that fund and of course with a LOE. Hopefully, that will be ok to make their decision.

As far as you in the province of NB, wherever you land it does not make a problem for you. so don't worry just try to land NB

EOI window waiting is killing I am waiting since June (8 month already )... And somebody on last NB sessions said that there will be no new windows in the future ;( So guys it seems all are out the boat who missed window in May.

Hello!!!Good day..just got my medical passed today..finally!!!However they are asking for me and my wife's biometrics but they are not asking for my daughter, are minors not included?Also, after I get my biometrics do I need to upload anything?..Thanks in advance for your help..

Weel...great...after bio you don't have to upload anything untill they asked to do so.

Right. After a while they will start to check your eligibility, if that is ok then they initiate BGC, not before that. Just sit tight and hope for the best. eligibility is the biggest hurdle in this entire process.

I checked my MyCIC account today (about 15 minutes ago...) and the status had changed to "Final Decision: Approved"
I am still waiting for our passports to be returned though

@sbernados did your account get updated before or after you received your passports back?

@NzKhn Did you received your passport? Once they printed your Visa the system will automatically close. This is the last part of the process including the printing of the CoPR.
