I knew that. I was not surprised that i got the interview. The weird thing is second interview after the first interview. Never heard anyone getting that..

Hi there
I need your advice. Recently i passed B2 (level 7) from commission scolaire de montréal. Now it will take a month to receive a official certificate but my work permit is expiring on 6 April.
Can i submit my CSQ application without official certificate?
