Your file never went to Ottawa pilot project right? Its strange then, haven't heard anyone not receiving pp back after over a week of DM status. Good you ordered GCMS notes.

I never went to ottawa, straight to LVO-ND.

I dont mind waiting (whats a few more weeks or month more). at this point my only concern is a lost or misplaced passport.

That is something to be worried about. It is more likely, however, that NDVO had not yet mailed the ppts when the DM status got updated.

Does any one know how long the Police Clearance valid for From Bangladesh? Application still in Approval process in Mississauga, Police clearance will expire in August, if it is for six months. Should i be telling my mother to get another one just in case they ask for? any idea guys? thanks in advance...

A PCC is usually valid for a year. If it takes less than a month for you to get the PCC, then it is best to wait for CIC ask for a new PCC than to simply apply for it now (again) and then possibly again once your file is sent to LVO.

my file was transferred to Vienna May 7 2012. Ive been waiting a year and still no response. Ive emailed them and they said its still in process and they have no further information

I got gcms notes today, it states Eligibility passed, medical passed, criminality not started. Location under paper file is FCU- STR, what does that mean? However, the concerning issue is that it states in the notes that they are waiting for response from sponsor in regards to the issue that they received 2 letters from me to withdraw my mother frm application ( God knows who send that) . However, I send them fax, email and letter stating that no such requesters were sent from me. Now in the notes in INCOMING section, it states that fax was received but no mention of any letter that was sent by me right after I found that in the previous gcms notes abt the issue with my Mom' s application. I am very much concerned as they said fax is not acceptable, the tracking number shows that letter was received by them. I send it through DTDC. Pls...suggest me what to do now.....user, ranja any thoughts on this pls.....

My suggestion would be to ask your MP to pass that information to them. that is the only thing they do not ignore. Ask the mp to explicitly state that "no such letters were ever sent".

Thanks ranja, I hope they have received it....I will call MP office tomorrow, although not sure, what would be his response as he told me not to contact him before July....
