Did you see the reply I got from delhi, it will interest you

Yeah I read. They meant that they will not send the file to anywhere else or let any other office stamp passport, because the file is in New Delhi.

In my case, file is in CPP-O and my parents are in Canada. I have informed CPP-O that my parents are in canada. Now it's up to them to issue PPr for Seattle or New Delhi. In any case, I am happy. After almost 5 yrs of waiting, what matters is PPR. It'd be just an extra air ticket to India, if PPR is for New Delhi.

passed, IMO

If the file is in CPP-O, PPR would be received in 4-5 months (max.) after medicals have been passed i.e. Date since e-cas shows 'medical results have been recieved'. There could be some exceptions because of longer time spent on background checks. Therefore, 95% of folks should see PPR within 4-5 months of having e-cas update of 'medical results have been recieved'.

There are so many people in spreadsheet who passed medicals before May and have received PPR.

Yea, but as they said - cannot mail or courier so that's whats conflicting
btw, what did you write to them - simply they are here or inquiring where the PPR will be asked

Go through fbi website u will find the list it charge some extra doller but u will get in 1 week http://m.fbi.gov/#http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/background-checks/list-of-fbi-approved-channelers
Hmmmm... Email from Seattle requests for the original FBI letters to be sent to them.
The Channels provides PDF-files only... not sure Seattle will consider printed PDF-file as "original letter".

@ Habib manzoor
If your LVO is Isb your file will most probably 99.99% go to ISB.
That is the only unfortunate LVO which got 100 % cases .None parental case end up to Ottawa.Apparently they need more detailed info from us >:(.Moreover they haven't issued any PR so far to first batch. They let the parent's meds expired and didn't issue any PR to previous cases.
They should be working fast and not creating a backlog again.God knows what their plans are.

This is really sad. May be they will speed up the process all of a sudden just how New delhi asked for medicals from remaining 2007 applicants.
