Which receipt you are using for that? Can you access it with the file number or UCI number?

What i think bonafide certificate or there is form-e which they send and fill up by the college

Hello everyone! Good news to share that my parents got their passport back with magic sticker on it from ND.E-cas status changed from application received to decesion made last week after 10 months of medical and passport sent to ND. Finely wait is over in my cas and parents with two sisters are planning to fly soon.

Got email from Seattle LVO asking to submit new Police Certificates.

At least good news is that the file is finally transferred from CPP-Ottawa to LVO.
Bad news is that Medicals expire in December... Clocks are ticking!

Have your PCC's expired by now. I heard getting a PCC from FBI is a 2-3 month process.

If i apply directly then it take 2-3 month but if u used fbi approved channeler then in one week i will apply for my mom fbi through channeler bcoz it take less time

Nope, PCC's are not yet expired, they were taken 11 months back. I do not understand why Seattle is aksing to retake and send fresh ones.
As per FBI site, it takes 16-18 weeks to produce PCC.
