Hey! After my email to the Ankara visa office today I received another email requesting for the required documents.
They just forwarded the same email that was sent on May 24 requesting for Medical (AGAIN!), PCC, travel history and birth certificate of my dad only.
They have not provided any link or any instructions on how to submit these documents! Also on my CIC account there is no place to upload the requested documents.
I will submit the documents through the webform as well as by replying their email.
I just noticed that Ankara is mis-spelled in their email address! Its spelled as "Ankra" instead of "Ankara" very strange!!!

@robertp I Received Pre Arrival Service Letter Today. What seems to be the next steps?

they did the same thing with me , this time you have to give more detail since age on 18, you might notice that the highlighted with yellow in their email .
did they ask you to send them back through email or use the webform?

I cannot remember but have you received pre-arrival already?
Rest assured that submitting your docs through webform and email would be sufficient. You should see an acknowledgement of receipt from them in a day or so after the submission.

I have been requested to provide IMM 5562- Supplementary information for travel for Principle applicant and dependents. But i can only see place to attach one form please see the attached image https://ibb.co/VBsz4Z2. Question is how i can submit rest of the forms should i combine them in one pdf? or there is an other way.
Seems to differ by LVO and Covid during last year hope things get better with all offices to catch up with CPC-M
I saw several posts that mention ecas "in process for sponsorship" or "in process for applicant"
My ecas "Permanent Residence Application Status" changed from "Application Received" to "In Process" recently.
But after I click on "In Process", there is still only the following sentence --
- We received your application for permanent residence on June 12, 2019
Have not received any request -- no biometrics, no physical, nothing whatsoever.
Anyone in the same status? Office is CPC-Missisauga.
