I also found that my parents PA is changed to Decision made but don't know when. Where can I find date? I dont get it from ECAS. Please help me.

you cannot get DM date . there is no any update in myCIC or Ecas for Statust change from IP to DM.
to get DM date you have to check Ecas ones a day to know when it change from IP to DM. .

I got an email for NDVO for my parents medical , PCC and police clearance certificate.

They gave the below link for Foreign Travel Form, but this link has bunch of other documents as well.
Question : - Should I just send the foreign travel form which is one of the page from bunch of the other pages from the below link which they sent

What is your line number in tracker ?

Got email on 17 Oct 2019 for additional documents required
Send documents by post after two days

Since then... No further information... No file no

Please help me... How to track status

There are plenty of these types of cases pending any information. I have my parents' application waiting since I sent additional docs on 2nd October. I would say just sit tight and hope we get our files picked soon

Hi Guys,
I am new to this forum and want to ask some questions about my parents application. Application submitted on May 11 and transferred to NDVO on November 15, 2019. Today i got an email from NDVO for pre arrival services. After 10 minutes I got another email from NDVO requesting PCC and Travel History form, both of them was already submitted. Why NDVO asking these documents again. Anyone knows what’s going on with the application. Is there anything to worry about? How long will it take for NDVO to send PPR after PCC and travel history?
Also, can I submit the same PCC which i got from BLS in September, will it be valid and they are asking original PCC, do I need to send hard paper copy?

Medical & Medical Requested on August 19

Medical Passed Feb 21.

PCC was requested on Sep 27.


My parents ran into couple issues with the medical. We got our initial request on August 19 for medicals but they sent a mail insteda of e-mail or a request in the CIC account. We followed up with them and they said they cant do anything for 6 weeks and system doesn't let them re-send requests up until 6 weeks from the day they initially sent it. So we waited and finally on October 19 they sent the medical letter through the CIC account. My parents got the medical done and after two weeks i called CIC to get an update on the medical status and was told there was a furtherance request made for my dad's medicals. Which again got lost in some mail and we were told to just go to the doctor and they will have it in their system. After that we got one more furtherance request for the chest exams. Finally they told us to get the sputum culture test for TB. We got that done and had to wait for the standard 65 days for it. Then they make you get the chest x-rays again to find out if there has been any changes in the last 65 days. When all that passed, CIC account was updated to medical passed on Feb 21. Overall it was a stressful process but I am glad medical is now passed.
