Hey, I also got the sponsorship approval last week and found out that my file is transferred to New Delhi even though my parents are here in Canada on Supervisa as well.
I logged into my mom's( principal applicant) ECAS status and saw that their current home address is one from India and not my address in Canada. So, I sent in the request for address update. I doubt the file will be coming back to Canada but hoping we don't get biometric request which can only be done outside Canada.

Are you sure, for biometric you would need to go outside Canada? Do you know any such information from CIC? if yes can you please forward the link for that information?

Hi Yulia, I got the SA letter in my email today. Ecas updated yesterday. In the letter they mentioned that my parents' application will be moved to New Delhi office. But they are here with me on a super visa with no plan of going to India.
What can I do to keep the application in Canada?

You don't need to bring your file in Canada. It does not matter which visa office your file is, because it is all global from CIC . So just follow the instructions from CIC to upload/Submit documents from CIC. Also parents passport can be sent to visa office in Canada here for Visa stamping.

Just read the instructions carefully for each correspondence from CIC.

Again every thing (Not sure about biometrics) can be done here while your parents are in Canada, while file is in Dehli visa office. No need to transfer file here. There is no such thing to transfer file form one office to another.

You don't need to upload. Just wait for a week and you will see it's updated in the system

Hello everyone,
There’s indeed a technical problem on my parents application. I received an email reply from my enquiry to IRCC web form and they mentioned that a correspondence was sent to my cic account on March 12 which I didn’t receive. I called and enquired again to ask if they can resend me the said correspondence. He mentioned to me that there are more correspondence sent to my cic account including further medical test. He asked me to contact manila visa office directly since the technical problem is on their side. But I received the SA stated that my file was transferred to Ottawa? I’m afraid of not doing it on time whatever they were asking us to do since we’re not receiving the correspondence either on my cic account or on my mom’s. Is there anyone here having technical problems online as well?

Folks, I am a 2019 applicant and need your guidance if you had a similar experience:

I have received my signed application forms from my mom with March 20, 2019 date on it but I haven't received an invitation from IRCC yet. Is it an issue to submit the application that was signed on March 20 if I receive an invitation on April 5?

I had the same question but just to be safe I uploaded those documents. It doesn't hurt.

Med taken: March 15th. Med passed March 25th. Finally received both the PCC. PCC uploaded.

it was because some of the regular test was not normal? or something els?
I am asking because they asked additional test from my dad too but I don't know what's that.

Anyone whose parents file was transferred to Mexico VAC? Got a SA and haven’t heard anything after that. I see that in other countries it is processed very fast after SA.

Hello folks,

I had got the email for Sponsorship Approval (SA) . It is after 5 days from Decision Made Status in ECAS. Visa office is CPC-Mississauga.

Also checked the email header. No delay from CIC's mail server. Email was created toady on CIC's mail servers and was handed over to google server with 0 Seconds delay. Rather there was delay of 1 second on google's email server.

Please update the spread sheet. That information would be helpful for others

Hi my parents were also required to do additional tests. They were required to undergo sputum test for 3 consecutive days and x-ray after 9weeks. This definitely delayed our application.

My father has the same issue he did medical test on Feb 26 and was advised by the clinic to return for sputum test. He did 3consecutive sputum test different times on the same day. He was given appointment for another chest xray after 3months. He had history of TB 7yrs ago and had a scar on his lungs.
My problem is that I am not receiving the correspondence they are sending to my cic account. I sent an enquiry to ircc web form and even called them and they were saying the dates when those correspondence was sent. They also mentioned that there was another medical request and i was told to contact the manila visa office for the technical problem I’m having. I was notified initially that my file was transferred to Ottawa after SA.
