Hi All,

I need suggestion regarding my situation. Received AOR from Ontario today but also they said there is some problem with my DD. Below is the content of the mail I received from them.

"Please be advised that the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program is not able to cash the draft number 55047099 submitted with your Nominee Application for Ontario Express Entry Streams (“Application”), as it was not made payable to the Ontario Minister of Finance. Attached to the present email you will find a copy of the said draft.

In order to move forward with your Application, please submit an acceptable method of payment of fees within 30 calendar days from the date of the present email. Failure to comply may lead to the denial of your application."

My doubt is can I send them a new DD or are they sending back my application packet back to me?..If yes do I have to wait till my packet returns?

Please suggest.

Thanks

It reads like they are giving you a chance to submit a new DD in 30 days, without having to wait for them to return your application. So get a new DD made out to Ontario Minister of Finance and send it ASAP. You should be able to refund the old DD at your bank with the copy that they sent you (if you didn't keep one for yourself).
What does it say in the payable name of your old DD?

Hello Everyone !

I submitted my e-app for PR on December . I joined a new company three days back. (Jan 17 2016 ).

How do I inform CIC ? By updating my express entry account ? Send them a case specific inquiry? Or both ?

Experts pls advice.

Thanks

Dear Experts,

I received my nomination today and I would like to prepare all document upfront. Don't want to wait for ITA. Could you please let me know what all documents are required after getting ITA in OINP-CEC category?

Congrats. Police clearances, medicals, digital passport photo; in addition to everything you submitted to OINP (except for the résumé).

Hi guys and girls, are there any new PPRs in this thread? :)

I thought they would proceed our applications faster, as we have already passed the province stage, but there are only 2 green lines in the spreadsheet...

I sent my application on 1st Jan, 2015 can it was recieved on 4th Jan, 2015. In the Personal history and Work History section i forgot to mention that I travelled to Thailand after my marriage for 5 days and included that period in my work experience. What should I do now? Getting worried . Should I mail them regarding the same?

Hey Doc,

Do not worry :-) its only if more then 6 months.

No. That 6 month requirement is for PCC. Any foreign travel MUST be reported. I have replied to his/her question on some other thread.

I got PCC from Saudi Arabia in Arabic? Anyone having similar experience to please advise how to deal with it?

I guess it should be OKay but why don;t you send the one with duties added only.....

yeah getting a fresh letter with all details if an option should be the best!

I am very sorry for jumping in to write here. I read through many threads but could not find an answer to my query.
I have 3 work experiences, starting December 2012:
Job 1: 5 Months
Job 2: 2 Years 28 Days
Job 3: Current, 4th month running.

In my Express Entry Profile, should I show all three of these? And when applying for PNP Ontario, should I present Reference Letters for all three jobs or will Job 2 (Two Years) be enough? Please help me with an answer. TIA

In my opinion If you list all you need to give reference letter for all along with pay slips and other supporting documents.

But you can mentioned only some of them and give documents only for that.

Thanks,

You MUST provide reference letters for all jobs that you are claiming points for. This applies to both OINP and CIC.

are all 3 jobs with the same employer and/or same NOC? if yes, include all of them in the same reference letter, if not, you need to show only @2 as this is the only one you'll get points for
