My correct NOC is 0213 indeed. Please advise now.CanadaWeCome said:The answer to this question depends on what is your correct NOC. Submitting eAPR with any other NOC would be wrong and may result in straight rejection.

When did you realize this?alidaas said:My correct NOC is 0213 indeed. Please advise now.
It was done by my lawyer and he accepted my ITA as well straight away, so it wasn't in my hands.CanadaWeCome said:When did you realize this?
If that is post your getting nomination with NOC 0213 then in that case why didn't you update your NOC on your EE profile before you got/accepted your ITA?
Now go ahead and apply with the correct NOC and if required write an LoE why your earlier NOC was wrong. But mostly it won't matter now.
Should not, if you provide the LoE. Fire the lawyer though.alidaas said:It was done by my lawyer and he accepted my ITA as well straight away, so it wasn't in my hands.
I will now of course apply with the same/ correct NOC 0213 with the LoE as rightly suggested by you.
The question still remains, can it cause serious trouble on the outcome of my application?
Alright, thanks a lot for your thoughts. I will fire the lawyer.CanadaWeCome said:Should not, if you provide the LoE. Fire the lawyer though.

Hey Guys,
I got my Provincial Nomination Certificate- Masters Graduate Steam - No Job offer. I submitted my Paper based PR application on August 25th 2017.
I currently reside and work in Canada. My PGWP expires on Oct 12 2017. I do not have an AOR, which is required to apply for Bridging Work Permit. What should I do now? Any advise will do. Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, Please help me1) You need to provide documentation only for the jobs that you are claiming points for. For all the other jobs, you can write a LOE and mention that you are not submitting any documentation for it because you are not claiming points for those jobs!
2) It is sufficient if you currently have the required funds in your account. Need not necessarily be 6 months old (You might be asked for source of funds though, if your funds are not 6 months old).
