The answer to this question depends on what is your correct NOC. Submitting eAPR with any other NOC would be wrong and may result in straight rejection.

When did you realize this?

If that is post your getting nomination with NOC 0213 then in that case why didn't you update your NOC on your EE profile before you got/accepted your ITA?

Now go ahead and apply with the correct NOC and if required write an LoE why your earlier NOC was wrong. But mostly it won't matter now.

It was done by my lawyer and he accepted my ITA as well straight away, so it wasn't in my hands.

I will now of course apply with the same/ correct NOC 0213 with the LoE as rightly suggested by you.

The question still remains, can it cause serious trouble on the outcome of my application?

Should not, if you provide the LoE. Fire the lawyer though.

Applied under noc 2171 to OINP and received 0213 from oinp. Now can i change my work experience letter little bit in eAPR, or it has to be 100% same as in EE profile?

Here is my timeline

Pre-Screening package submitted- Feb,2016
Pre-Screening Approved– January 30,2017
Nominee Application package submitted – 28th March,2017
Receipt of Nominee Application – April 28,2017
Confirmation of Nominee – May 3,2017
PR application submitted - 12th June,2017
AOR Received(with Application number) on 15th August,2017

My lawer had mentioned wrong job code 0111 in express entry and I got the nomination also from oinp...I received ita also on the same code and now I have realised that my correct noc is 0122 but I can't change in oinp now and if I don't change, cic might reject my application...what should I do?

Check your mycic account.. if you have submitted your profile with all the docs you should be getting the AOR very next or the other day...

Hi all, I got my ITA.

But it is based on my second EE profile.

My first EE profile had been tagged "Ineligible" when I changed the NOC.
So I had to create a second EE profile.

And based on the second EE profile, I have received Ontario nomination; and also now the ITA.

Now - in the PR application, there is a question:
Have you applied to IIRC before?
Should I say "Yes" - because of the first EE profile?
and should I then mention the UCI# from my from EE profile?

Or should i say No?

1) You need to provide documentation only for the jobs that you are claiming points for. For all the other jobs, you can write a LOE and mention that you are not submitting any documentation for it because you are not claiming points for those jobs!
2) It is sufficient if you currently have the required funds in your account. Need not necessarily be 6 months old (You might be asked for source of funds though, if your funds are not 6 months old).
