Hi all

I got request of additional docs today (FBI, PCC and RPRF) . Unfortunately I send the copies of FBI and PCC at the time of application (March-02,2010). Should I send my expired FBI and PCC now (was not expired at the time of application) or should I apply for new docs.. which will take for ever again. I guess some of you were in similar situation before. Please advice

I sent all the additional documents, that included all police clearances, fees etc. And, they haven't requested any additional documents.

what r u planning to do? i am in the same shoe, they need new fbi clearance for me and my wife, i sent new set of fingerprints last week to fbi. from now till i get the clearance back, i can't do anything.

Transferred to LA Oct 19th

First of all nice to know there is movement across all the dates of the people who submitted medicals in July. Seems to be sign of things to come for the August and Sep folks.

Anywaz if you dont both mind ...could you share if you are located on the west coast of Usa ( might be an additional reason why your files got transferred to LA).Also did you send a complete package with unexpired FBI certificates at time of application.

Just from all the updates looks like most of the folks whose medicals reached august and later might get transferred to other locations because Buffalo seems to be at capacity handling rest of the cases in June and July.

that's right. I sent copies and cic is asking for orignals now. I send the expired FBI and PCCs(was not expired ) at the time of application any way

I am planning to send my RPRF for me and my wife, along with new CA state clearance and the rejection letters i have been getting from the FBI. Do you guys think that will do it? because they requested new set of fbi record for me and wife, but i have been getting rejected over and over again.
please advise.

I guess you're only option is to send all the rejection letters from FBI to show that you have atleast tried. Along with the State PCC this should be acceptable. Good Luck.

This is just based on my observation statistically speaking i guess visa are running out and simply equates voluminous visa issuance early january 2011. Hope i might be wrong so that we can receive our maple leaf stamp in our passport. --Peace out everybody--

Please help me I have questions. I received email from CIC to send IMM0008 Generic and 5406 for myself and my spouse.
However, I am not sure from where I can get latest forms? I am confuse I think they changed the forms?
Do I need to send photos of my other members too? Can I faxed them all documents and money order?

In order to add your child to your application, we require the following documents:

processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
your child’s birth certificate
copy of your child’s valid passport
3 recent photographs of your child
updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.
a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your child ( in his or her name), if you wish to immigrate to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp)
Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required. All documents must be sent by mail or fax (see fax number and address below).

Your child must undergo a medical examination. We will send you the appropriate form upon receipt of the documents listed above. Be aware that even non-accompanying dependants must undergo medical examinations.
