My case was exactly the same.
You have to meet at least the median salary for your NOC, If your wage is more than the median, it doesn't matter.
You have to attach the original job offer with the salary of 20 from March 2019 signed up that date. And another letter with the current date explaining from when up to when you gained 20 and that then you had a raise. This second letter should explain your history working there, your hours of work, job title, NOC, duties, etc and that you will continue working permanently.
