Hi, Thanks for sharing information in detail! How long is the process to get Ontario legal name change document and what documents required to apply? I have XXX in Canadian passport but in OCI they put my full name in Given name section without XXX. Thanks

Please update here once you see completed. I believe it takes 3-5 business days to get updated in portal. You should be fine. I’m thinking to do same.

I just notice citizenship test between 25 Oct and 14 Nov but no email invite. Should I do test? File submitted in May 2020

@Chirayudesai i think over explanation lead to rejection. i did not attached sop but i attached the experience letter along with bank statement of company salary. if your case is normal then there is no need of over documentation. @baigameerali I had (L-7, S-6, W-6, R-5.5, O=6)

@ sachu if college/Univ. issued an offer of admission to you. then there wld be no problem @kolloju some time they took about 20 working days for the processing. so dont worry hope for the best i had submitted notarized documents.
