and open a case telling them to deliver the report only to OINP and not to CIC. Request them to provide the appropriate refund.

Did u recieve AOR before this mail requesting you to provide duplicate copy of ECA, m asking this coz i have also recd this mail but no AOR nor my DD has been encashed??

PS- its been more than 3 months since my application reached OINP office.

That's what I mentioned in my earlier message.
You don't require the additional copy but their system does not allow you to edit the order.
Hence complete this order and inform them to edit this order.
People have done this and have received the relevant refund.

1. How much of refund are we looking at?
2. I'm awaiting AOR for OIPNP [application reached on 7th dec], should I send duplicate report proactively (since it's mandatory now)?

Refund = $41.81 (Source: a person who ordered copies very recently).

Order and send the receipt right after you get your AOR.

You don't even need to inform them, they will proactively refund you around C$28-30 in a few days.

1) Place the order for a duplicate Report on the WES website and also add Additional recipient (i.e OINP) -- Charges will be CAD 75 for this
2) Log out from your Account and wait for about 10-15 mins (This is an imp step else your next payment of CAD 20 odd will not show)
3) Log in again and go to Modify your order, There select Domestic Overnight and pay the fees. Ones the payment is accepted you will see the total on your payment change to CAD 96. something like below ::

Please proceed with $75.71 option. They should process a refund of $41.81 automatically but if this is not done, please proceed and log in a request here for refund: http://wes.org/support/

Since, WES send only electronic copy to OINP, so no charges should be paid for Hard Copy and as part of your initial order for WES assessment, CIC has already been provided access to your ECA report, so, they cannot charge you twice.

Refer below breakup of refund from WES:
$7.91 - Delivery Charges +Harmonized Tax
$33.9 - Duplicate Copy for CIC + Harmonized Tax

You can either send the receipt of duplicate copy order from WES to ontarionominee@ontario.ca mentioning the following details.
1. Name (as in passport)
2. Passport Number
3. PT NOI Date
4. Express Entry Profile Number
5. Job Bank Code

OR

You can wait to receive AOR, when you will be given a file number and bank draft receipt. Once you get the file number you can send the details mentioned above with file number as the reference.
