If someone has idea about getting the WES ECA Duplicate copy. MY ECA was expired last year and I checked with WES if I can apply for a Duplicate Copy. They responded I should apply for a duplicate copy and the renewed ECA will be issued with updated date. After their confirmation, I applied for a Duplicate Copy and chosen a recipient myself and IRCC for E-Delivery.
After few days the status was updated as "updated completed" but I never receive any E-copy of updated ECA. I contacted WES Customer Service 3 to 4 times, all the time received irrelevant and generic responses. The last update I got they mentioned to meet IRCC requirements my credentials need to be re-evaluated.
