Oath Timeline after test at St. Clair Office

I called CIC today afternoon .
File is with level II decision maker since May 1st.
I talked to an immigration lawyer , and i was told ALL RQ cases must be granted by level II officers who are equal to citizenship judges.
level I officers are entry level officers whose authority is limited , but level II officers are mainly supervisors who have to sign and approve all RQ.
officers are encouraged to finalize the applications within 60 days for timeliness.

I see, this explains timing about right. I think my first approval happened sometime in Feb/March and May 12 they made final decision. Now lets see how much time it takes for oath.
Hello all, this is my first posting my timeline:
Application received: April 12, 2013
Acknowledgment letter sent: April 12, 2013
Application processing started: June 24, 2013
RQ Sent: September 2013
Test Notice sent: February 12, 2014
Test Date: March 3, 2014.
Until now nothing is updated in my online status, last thing I see is the notice sent for my exam,
How often do they update the status? anyone got an idea?
Also how long does it take to get an ATIP by email?
Application received: April 12, 2013

In process sign showing from May 1st 2012.
No hope every time call CIC give one story...

all security expire need renewal.
last CIC inform me that security completed need to enter into record and
schedule next step. God knows how long ??? When I asked this question
" if you do not hear within 6 weeks than call back ""
staying calm , relax and see all new applicant get the citizenship within a year...

Alfurais...I dont think there is any standard time when they update the site. Based on a lot of forums, sometimes oath is completed and citizenship granted but no update is made on the file.
Also, CIC states on the site that they are having "issues" with citizenship online records.
