Hello all, this is my first posting my timeline:

Application received: April 12, 2013
Acknowledgment letter sent: April 12, 2013
Application processing started: June 24, 2013
RQ Sent: September 2013
Test Notice sent: February 12, 2014
Test Date: March 3, 2014.

Did you call CIC for updates? Same case of mine but applied on Jan 2014.

Until now nothing is updated in my online status, last thing I see is the notice sent for my exam,

How often do they update the status? anyone got an idea?

Also how long does it take to get an ATIP by email?

e-cas update only :

application received.
application in proces
test schedule
oath schedule.

in addition e cas up date if they issue RQ , or finger print or any additional doucments
required.... so timing is not fix.... if your case move straight e-cas move on regular basis
and finish within 12-18 months, but if you are un lucky like me, my e cas not move from
March 16, 2013.

applied jan. 2012. in process. May 1st, 2012, March 16 , 2013 letter sent RQ...

since than waiting .....

ATIP report you will get exactly after 30 days..

report showing the status up to the date of your atip request date..

Referred to level 2 decision maker for final decision(2015/02/18)

under profiles-->files-->file 1--> location it says Pilot decision ready. I do not know if that is of any relevance.

Both of you should call CIC. I don't have ATIP but I think my timeline is about the same as you. When I called CIC last week, they advised me that file is approved and waiting on security checks refresh.

Level 2 decision is final stage in the processing, which we are noticing quite frequently. Looks like after adding number of immigration officers to expedite, the junior officer does the straight forward things & move it to senior officer to make final decision.

What we need to figure out approx, what's the average time frame the application takes to move from level 1 to level 2, and then Oath ceremony.

Hopefully, it could br few weeks or so,
