If anyone can help I went for medical exam and Doctor said I had RBC++ and have to re-do the Urine test so i went to lifelabs and did all the test she mentioned. The results would take 2 days to be faxed to her. Do Doctors usually upload the results or wait till they receive those results cause in case they submitted that i probably have to retake the test again. Would this delay my application as well . ?
My husband received his MR on Jan 17. He did the medical with xrays and blood/urine tests at that time. We were told it would take a few days for the results from blood tests. When the My CIC file wasn’t updated after a few weeks, we called the dr office and was told that he didn’t send in the medical report until Feb 1st (apparently, they have 2 weeks to submit after exam). So it’s Feb 11th today, and still nothing on my husband’s online file.

I don’t think it stalls the file~ at least, I hope it doesn’t. Hope

When I did my MR, the doctor's staff told me IRCC only cared that the exams were completed within the 30 day window. Take that bit of info for what it's worth...

After your doctor sends the results, it'll probably take a few days from then for the results to be reflected on your online account. Such was the case for me.

My main question was if doctor ask you to redo the test & not CIC, would doctors usually take the new test results or test results i did in first place and the other results are kept for when CIC would request another test. Cause i am not sure if she is going to upload the first test results.

maybe you should call the dr office and ask them. I imagine that she’d submit all test results and not hold back on submitting 2nd set. Because if cic has further questions, it might require a specialist and not this same dr. However, unless it’s a medical issue that puts public at risk, you are likely to get furtherance from cic.
