earlier than nov and dec 2013 applicants.

I think you applied in feb2014 rite?? If yes then nothing to worry your good to go.......

My process will be delayed since cic is asking for RCMP report with fingerprints. It will take 2 weeks to get report. I should have done it earlier. Oh well...

CIC asks Rcmp to the applicant only if the applicant name is familiar.
when they found more similar names in their database as that of applicant name they request for rcmp.
So they might ask you or not so wait till they ask you ....

if you are worrying about that you can make an appointment to get the RCMP, it took me $75 to do that.
coz my name is common as well, just in case, if they ask you to do that, it will delay your process, it takes at least two weeks to get RCMP from RCMP ottawa and you need to send it to Sydney. Or you can ask RCMP ottawa to send it for you, but it takes longer, my suggestion is, ask RCMP to send it to you and you send it to Sydney, so you can track when they receive it. good luck.

They received my application on November 1 but not updates yet. I paid my RPRF on the day of my medical test.

yes you can, but my suggestion is wait till then ask you, coz you can pay your RPRF online and email the receipt through email right away.
RPRF is kind of a reminder for them to review your case.
