Hi, got my file number 2 days after I applied thru online, but whenever i tried to check my status online and entered my file number i can't log in because they are saying that file number should only consist of a letter or two and 8 or 9 numbers, but mine has 2 letters and 10 numbers.

errrr, they received my application on Nov 1 but status is still "application received"...

hi brave, did you pay your RPRF with your application? they asked me to provide additional document 6 days after five months. (they received on Oct28, they emailed me on April 03). Hope your case will turn to IP soon

Not yet. You are 1 week ahead of me. so hopefully I will received the request for RPRF by the end of this week. Fingers crossed! And congrats on the IP!

Good to see we have a thread for Nov 2013! Just finished going through Oct 2013 PNP thread ;D

My timeline is as follows:

Application Received by CIO: November 12, 2013
Medical Requested: December 27, 2013
Medical Completed: February 13, 2013
Medical Received Status Update: February 18, 2013

I emailed CIO in the meantime to check if my file was sent to CPP-Ottawa yet and this was the reply:

"Your file is currently held by our office. Your medical exam results have been updated and are showing as complete. You will be contacted further in due course.

Thank you"

Many of October applicants got their Passport requests... So we should be getting them soon. I am very excited!! I applied PR through SINP.. Application was received on November 12 2013.

??? Quite a few october applicants are still in "application received" or "in process" stage. Don't get your hope high.

Nope I didn't see anyone who applied in OCtober got PAssport call yet. I applied in oct 24th and my ecas changed to in process 21 march
