I guess it is a good news, at least they are doing things.
BTW, the email was sent from CIO-syndey.

I think so! Mine went IP in 10 days after I got reminder email.

We don't need to send the police certificate "again" right? I already sent it with my application in November 2013... altho it is mentioned in the email..
