Hi, which documents do we need to get notarized for uploading to the online portal. Also, do we need to show proof of funds again in the PR application? I am applying through OINP masters graduate stream.

there are many of them in my case, like birth certificate, my national ID, my criminal record check and others as well, depends on the country u are from, it might vary

this portal is much more faster than paper-based, as there will be no delays on mailing time. And yes, u can choose to apply with paper-based or this one

not yet, we are all waiting for the AR, and I heard some ppl has contacted the IRCC and they said the this portal will be treat like express entry, so I am guessing 6 -12 months
