Hello @mcdonal22 - I just saw your post. The last activity I had on my account was around the 20th of November 2022. There has been no movement in my GCKey account since then. However, when I called IRCC in Jan, the call centre agent said all was complete. This was reconfirmed by another IRCC call centre agent in Feb. They also said that they cannot send a message about my case to the visa office since it is within processing times. Now my application is at 16 months. I fully expect my processing time to go over 20 months. It is a dismal state of affairs. This is having an impact on many aspects of my life and that of my family.
About the mental strain, I want to tell you that it is very bad. I too have made many resolutions not to check my account more than once a day. However, there are many days when I check it multiple times a day. I also know that there are many more like us. So, the only thing I can say is that there is nothing wrong with any of us; we are stuck in a system that is wrong.

I know you are within processing time, but I would still reach out and say that they confirmed all was passed but never received the decision and that you are stuck in limbo.
I'm glad the agent shared that info with you. I will call them next week to see if I'm in a similar situation, and if yes, will reach out to MP
