I recently submitted my PR application in January 2026. I noticed a potential issue in my Address History (IMM 5669) and I’m worried about a "gap" or a return for incompleteness.
I started my draft back in March 2025. When I finally submitted the application in January 2026, the "To" date for my current address (where I have lived since 2022) was automatically locked as 2025/03 by the portal. I tried to refresh the system, but it wouldn't update to the current submission date.

Details:
- In the initial "Contact Information" section of the portal (where it asks for my current home address), I provided my correct and only Canadian address.
- On the submitted IMM 5669 PDF, it shows: Current Address from 2022/08 to 2025/03 (leaving an apparent gap until 2026/01).
- As evidence, I uploaded a recent utility bill (Hydro One) from January 2026 as proof that I still reside at this same address. My wife’s form (submitted in the same package) shows the correct dates.
- Is this system-locked date common in the PR Portal for those who keep drafts for a long time?
- Since the address is correct in the profile section and I provided a 2026 utility bill, should I still send a Webform (Note of Explanation) to clarify this, or it's not necessary and that would just slow down my AOR?
