No actions available for not submitted application

  1. I have uploaded all the documents and proceed to the online payment page. After I close the payment page (I haven't pay the fee online yet) and back to "my applications" page, there is no action available (continue application or delete profile) for the haven't submitted application; those buttons are gone. Anyone has a solution?
     
  2. Same problem here. Could tell me what you do after then?
     
  3. Experienced this as well. My assumption is that if you check back in exactly 2 hours, you can complete the process. For now, i will wait. All else fails, i will ask for web admin help.

  5. Yes BUTTONS reappeared after few minutes
     
  6. Because the payment is processed elsewhere, once you proceed the payment page the application is locked to prevent you from accidentally paying twice (if you had the application open in two windows, for example). Just wait, the system will detect that the payment was not successful, and you will be able to continue again after some time has passed.
