Guys ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION,

Please i want to know if anybody has ever experience this b4, our application arrived in CIC Office in canada yesterday according to Fedex website, surprisingly my wife got a call this morning supposedly from a Lady claiming she works for CIC, she mentioned my wife's full name then started asking question as regards our application. she provided her with all the info, she claim to be conducting an interview,

finally she asked for payment that my wife needs to pay now, she was asking Credit card details and my wife told her we already included a draft in the parcel as our form of payment and she insisted that she can only work with transfer or credit cards, she even gave my wife the option of PAYPAL, she was like she will send my wife a link through her mail so she could make payment, that she will call back on monday next week.

Its strange coz the call originated from New York, the numbers are +16462050801 and 06466166770, please friends i will like to know if anybody has ever experienced anything like this in this forum , what do you think we should do coz we are worried coz we think they have access to my wife's details or do you think she is been truthful, coz me i sincerely doubt if she is oo.

We even called Fedex to ask then if the document want through New York or if they think it was tamped with just for caution, and its was Signed for in canada by this: M.KRSZWDA,

Who do we call or send an email to, so as to confirm if our parcel is safe and its been treated, please my Wife is really worried oo.

This is fraudulent• It is criminal• Thank God your wife did not divulge any information to is confidential to them• They know that there are so many people that want to immigrate that will fall victim• So many people have been duped and they will not stop this atrocious act• One should just be careful because they can come at any time• Let us keep asking questions• People that ask questions do not miss there way•

Seems no PPR report today• The most cheering news in recent times came from Gofame• The last person that got PPR I think got his or her documents received in Accra on the 11th of November• We still expect a lot from Accra• Probably they are taking note of how many visas they have left and the number of people left for the calender year which ends in april•

More great news is what we all crave for plus people expecting MRs and pick ups• God is at work on our behalf• We shall all end well and our landing in Canada shall herald beautiful things•

See what the God of all Graces and Mercies has done for me o......like it has been adviced to send a friendly mail to AVO I did severally up to about 3times no response....but listen to the interesting part I woke up yesterday with a prompting to send them a mail by using a sample gotten from this forum,I was so sure they would respond to this one...lo and behold they responded!!!!....it happened that they sent me a mail on the 4th of september but there was an error in the mail requesting for POF update nad was given 30days to respond...but after my mail yesterday they responded this morning and apologized giving me another 30days to reply......

Below is their response:

Dear Sir,

Please see the attached letter that was sent to you in September 2014. Unfortunately there was an error in the email address which explains why you did not receive the message. Medical forms will only be sent to you if the officer is satisfied with your funding, as per the below. The new due date for submission of funds is December 21, 2014.
Thank you and our apologies for the delay.

YES we tracked it, this the final info from their site: Actual delivery : Wed 19/11/2014 10:48 SYDNEY, NS CA, we are just hoping it delivered to CIO. we have been checking my box to see if she ever registered any of those scam site, the answer is yes .

http://www.canadianvisaexpert.com/ coz the account sent to us by email the beneficary name BENEFICIARY: CanadianVisaExpert , with the same address on the site :7030 Woodbine Avenue, Suite 500 Markham Ontario L3R 6G2, Canada.

We don't know how they got to know that our application has been sent to CIO and received?

Please who do we report them to?

They are not really scammers, they are immigration agents but don't know if they're registered with CIC. I know cos I've done their online assessment before and they've been bombarding me with reminder mails ever since. They even do Australian immigration prog. But what I don't understand is how they got your info, I think the fee they are requesting is their own processing fee.
One have to be careful about the info divulge at one point or the other . Just ignore them n keep praying that your File with CIC gets speedy attention, to clear all doubts n lay your mind at rest

@ tiny frontier. It s not non peculiar oooo. I learnt that on e there s an update it throws u backwards. Abeg is diA anyone in the house that had additional documents and have received their MR? Pls awaiting ur reply(ies)so we ll know how to push this further. Thanks n God bless

I think maybe you or your wife during your search may have input you info into their system in trying to verify if you may be eligible to immigrate to Canada and didn't go ahead with the idea of using consultants later on. I guess that's how they came about your details. Anyway I don't think there's anyway that Fedex will wrongly deliver your package when they've been doing this route for a long time. However you can check the name that signed off for your package on the global FSW2014 spreadsheet to see if the name appears there also so that you can be rest assured that your package is at CIC, but do not respond or contact those consultants again.

Thanks for quick response , Please friends what do we do, my wife thinks our package is probably not in CIO. and we already called Fedex they said it was delivered to the right place. she called one of her friend and he was like the account number and account name belongs to an Immigration Agent.

Guys help us share the details with people that have used Agents maybe anybody will know them, we didn't use agent oo, Help us to report then so they could be BLACK LISTED.

How do we know if application is in CIO.?

Not sure if anyone has shared this info earlier but I felt it won't hurt sharing again.

I stumbled on this webinar video made by the Canadian Immigration Integration Programme (CIIP) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3PKvB62PrDM&feature=youtu.be for pre-arrivals. The info in the video is most important to guys who have received any of the following
1. Medical Notification Letter
2. Visa Pick Up Letter
3. Visa but have not yet arrived in Canada

This should be very relevant to Principal Applicants, their spouses and other adult dependents who are yet to arrive Canada.

It might be too late for guys who have already arrived in town. Please share.
