GCMS notes in simple words is an explanation of what has happened, going on, and is not started with regard to the processing of your file..
from GCMS, you can find out whether you already passed the eligibility criteria, security, criminality etc...
its free to order. but you will receive it after a month...
cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

make sure you select privacy act when filling out the form cuz its free.
The information act will charge $5

I finally figured out where the online application is. I was stuck at the questionaire so it got more confusing. Anyways, account created, almost done, just have to upload the digital photo, schedule 1, and representative form (so I can access it for him), then we are good to go.

Some background info:

Submitted CEC: January 28, 2013
AOR email : March 7, 2013
Closed permit expiring on: January 20, 2014
Planned submission of BOWP: tomorrow, Sept 25, 2014

I have also submitted my request for GCMS notes to figure out where his CEC application is, as the strike is worrying me greatly.

AOR received feb 18 , and as of August 28th, nothing has started except "criminality"

FYI - Criminality is a report that's run on Foss - its a day's work or matter of few hours

Couple of updates -

Got gcms - like everyone else , only criminality in progress.

Got a response from Ottawa - they have requested forms to add my spouse. As for status, "it is in queue for review by an officer".
