hi~ my draft is outstanding yet on banking system but CIC charged FEB 22 on my AOR.

I do not know why banking system updated slowly.

so now I know that though the bank rep sees my draft as outstanding, it may have been encashed by CIC... and looking by the dates of AOR's received, the rest of the Jan '13 applicants may receive AOR next week or sooner if we're lucky!

Attach a covering letter which will include your Application#, Client ID, Full Name, DOB, Passport#

There is no need of Application# on the envelope. As yahoo7 suggested, draft a covering letter with your full name, Client ID, DOB, Passport# and Application No. This should suffice.

I am planning to Apply under CEC, how do we know whether the Application quota is already reached?? I was waiting for a letter from my employer to state that they can move me to an Office outside the Quebec Province(last 1 year I am working form montreal).
