no - the people who went through nairobi last year weren't asked for medicals for 1-3 months after their file was moved to VO, at least from the spreadsheet...

no the spreadsheet isn't mandatory - it's just when we all submit our data, it helps people understand how long the current wait is likely to be. i almost think it might stress me out more if mine is going slower than other peoples'!
