Then you don’t need one year of continuous experience that is for FSW. You just need one year of Canadian work experience. Time laid off doesn’t count.

As long as the work experience accrued was not Canadian and you were not in Canada, were paid and the employer is willing to provide you a reference letter.

Student work experience gained while you were studying in Canada or abroad counts towards the minimum requirements for the Federal Skilled Worker Program if the work:

• was paid by wages or commissions
• was continuous (no gaps in employment), and
• meets all the other requirements of the Program

This includes co-op terms and apprenticeships.

Can anybody please suggest me if I have User Support experience from Sep to Feb as a part time on Study permit, then Feb to April on waiting of PGWP and then Aug to Feb on Full time n after that i was on unpaid vacation and then joined back on May till July on PGWP, Am i eligible?
