My background check wentt from in progress to not needed at this time

I have seen your BG has been changed from "In Progress" to "Not Needed at this time" on 22 DEC 2015, since then there is not any activity shown right?
But GCMS notes saying
Crimality - Passed
Eligibility - Passed
Medical - Passed
Security - Not Started

Then how come , Eligibility - Passed, Criminality - Passed ? will you please elaborate ?

@prishah - eligibility passed is EE11.2 check per the notes which recalculates your score for the category other than CRS e.g. For FSW eligible score 80. Criminality is RCMP check + PCC that you submit with your application.
Security for me is not started though due date for it showed 1/18/2016.

Quite so....but what I have seen is CEC being faster than FSW but could never figure out how CIC sends out ITAs between the two categories.

From what I see in other forums, this is a definite sign of PPR.

Its been 63 days my BG check status never changed from 'not needed at this time' to 'in progress' . Sometimes it worries me... :-[
