My background check wentt from in progress to not needed at this time

As mentioned , my BG check changed, randomly! I am worried and I am not sure if I should be... Please let me know ASAP

Probably you got some document request....and will remain in this stage until you will provide what they ask,after that your BG will go again in process

Hey so as of now I do not see any document request on My CIC page... would that show up as a message ? This group is a such a relief to people with crazy stress and anziety issues like me hehe

yea must be in your cic...but keep an eyes in your cic maybe you will get some request...

Nothing so far ! Also checked the submitted documents. Nothing there either. This is very stressful. Idk common is this either

hey i see your bg check started on oct 14th. did you get any document request after that ? or it was complete silence until you saw DM one day and ppr later.

I got additional document request and RPRF in 5 Nov and in 12 Nov i got DM Approved

That's awesome.lucky for you they process CEC so fast . Fsw is crawling. Would you know whY additional documents might fsw inland be asked for ?!

I am in same boat as you

My background check went to Not Needed at this time from in-progress. It stated in-progress almost three months. On Nov 30th it changed to Not need at this time. I suspect this status change is because of file transfer within two portfolios/immigration officers.

Yup, Same thing happened with me. The background check status changed to Not Needed at this time. I havent recieved any notifications yet.

How long on average Background check takes?

Does it depend on a country guys?
