No update since then.

Hi guys. My status is Information requested but I didnt receive any e-mail so I don't have idea about the info that they need. My supporter didn't receive either. I have dropped them an e-mail but not sure when they will respond. Has anyone experienced the same? Any helpful advice based on your dealings, please.
