I have a question about SIN number and MPNP risk assessment.
I am open work permit holder and I made the SIN number in BC while staying in BC when I arrived first week in Canada. After that, I moved to Manitoba directly and get full time job immediately. There was no work experience at all in other province. It has been 6 month of working in Winnipeg as full time job.
* Do I get 100 point deduction on EOI just because I only made my SIN in BC?
* The address has not been updated yet since I made SIN since I made it.
