With respect to your inquiry, please be advised that as of now we are currently entering applications we received in October 2012. Once your application has been entered, we will mail an acknowledgement letter to you.

Hi guys,

Let me just share weird happenings in my application. Last March 06, my supporter got interviewed, i receive no AOR prior to the interview. Then today, we received an email from MPNP regarding the AOR dated March 12. We our expecting LOA rather than AOR, is this a good sign? . Does it mean that they already made LOA, because as i understand it, all application should have file number first before the LOA. ??? ;D

hi Kurt when u apply and it is general stream or other because I am in general stream I apply in mid of June 2012 and got AOR mid of October 2012 but still waiting for sponser interview how long I need to wait for LOA

Hello, I applied August 31, under GS. As i noticed, the GS, processing time usually takes 7-8 mos, but MPNP is ever changing and we cannot really tell when will your sponsor be interviewed. Like in my case, i did not receive any updates or AOR in 6 months, then I was shocked when i found out that my supporter got the call last March 6. To top that, I received my AOR in March 12, crazy right? Interview then AOR? Not the other way around. So, i suggest we just have to extend our patience. Next month, MPNP will change again their point system. They might be in a transition time that is why there is delay on all applications.

I alsho have Completed 2 years of diploma of Hospitality management in Australia.
Currently working in Restaurant as Supervisor from last 1 year.
I have got 6 bands in IELTS.
I have friend in Manitoba (owner/truck driver)
Can I apply for Canadian permanent residency under Canada PNP in general or any other catagory?

My question is, I do not have any close relative or friend in manitoba and even though my score is above required. in this case, Can I apply for MPNP?

Did any one face similar situation? please let me know.

Hello there!

Unfortunately, you cannot apply even if you scored 60 and up, you need a friend or relative for the settlement plan endorsement. I have confirmed this to MPNP and they told me that connections should really be present. I asked them because I know that the scoring is misleading, because you will be able to send a review even if you did not tick the part of friend or relative. ;D. They should change it.

Need a guidance. I have a friend in Manitoba who is ready to be my sponsor but we are not of same nationality. So in this case, can he sponsor me? will there be any issue ? Kindly help me.
