Yeah... here is another reason why I was a bit panic. I lived in Edmonton previously and my employment happened in Edmonton. Then I moved to Calgary so I am right now in Calgary. Since my file got transferred to Edmonton, I had been thinking why would it be in Edmonton, unless they wanted to do a more thorough check on my employer. Otherwise, they can totally send my application to Calgary visa office to process.

Are you an inland applicant? Or outland but file happened to be at Montreal? :)
Outland based in US. Most US based applicants generally get Ottawa as processing office. A few lucky of us ended up in Montreal. LOL

Gotcha!

It was nice talking to you about the "review" thing, I feel less panic now :) Good luck with your application and let's keep each other posted!

Hey @Sington your status is actually much better than some of us here then. I hope they do it faster for you. Do you mind sharing dates as per your notes for Eligibility pass and BG / Criminality start and pass dates?
Thank you!

yes its Montreal VO..looks like eligibility is done at CIO..and the status is ready to finalize on july 17th GCMS..no update on my online profile yet
Ah then your case is probably different. I think in rest of the cases Montreal is doing the CIO stuff as well. Was your eligibility and all done at Sydney or Ottawa?
