Outland based in US. Most US based applicants generally get Ottawa as processing office. A few lucky of us ended up in Montreal. LOLYeah... here is another reason why I was a bit panic. I lived in Edmonton previously and my employment happened in Edmonton. Then I moved to Calgary so I am right now in Calgary. Since my file got transferred to Edmonton, I had been thinking why would it be in Edmonton, unless they wanted to do a more thorough check on my employer. Otherwise, they can totally send my application to Calgary visa office to process.
Are you an inland applicant? Or outland but file happened to be at Montreal?

It should come anytime now. Just read my summary post and you will realize you're luckier than many of us who are stuck at Montreal!not sure what they are still waiting for
Ah then your case is probably different. I think in rest of the cases Montreal is doing the CIO stuff as well. Was your eligibility and all done at Sydney or Ottawa?
