Happy monday morning everyone!!

For those who have sent the prepaid waybill have you included a letter requesting they send a copy? Has anyone gotten it sent to Canada? Will they automatically use the contact address of can we request they send it to the principal applicant in Mexico?

Thanks!!

When you buy the prepaid way bill you put the address you want it sent to. Your spouse is in Mexico right? I would put her address there. She needs the letter to obtain the PGR. Otherwise you would be sending it to Canada and sending it back to Mexico.

And yes, I'm assuming they will only send it to the address on file.

Ok thanks! I'm gonna write a short letter asking them to change the address, I'm also sending an email with the PR fee receipt so I'll include it in there...

Ok thanks! I was worried that they would only send it to contact address and ignore everything else... so no need for a letter asking them to resend the letter?

I don't believe so, just indicate that the way bill is for the pGR letter, is what I did. But just in a cover letter.

Are you doing a case specific inquiry?

hmmm is the case specific inquiry going through the link? I'm sending the receipt to the email address they included in the letter, there's two one for CPC-M and one for Mexico, so I'm sending it there, is that considered a case specific inquiry?

Please pay for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for you. In order to expedite the processing of your application, we require you to provide us a copy of your RPRF receipt (Payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee). If the fee has not already been paid, please find instructions on how to proceed at www.cic.gc.ca Please send a copy of the receipt
to the following email addresses:
Mississauga Office: CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca
Mexico Office: mexico-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Sent it to CPC-M already, sending it to Mexico this morning

I would probably do the address change on a seperate request, with the case specific inquiry.

Do you have a Power of Attorney on file? If not, your wife needs to submit the inquiry for the address change.

Yayy! What a relief!! Good to know about the waybill. We sent them a DHL waybill on Thursday. Is he in Canada with you?? I can't remember. I think you have an option to take the passport to the embassy and get the visa the same day right? I think this is what Nessa did. We'll definiately do that if it's an option. It seems to take a while to get your passport back!

Sorry another question for you, just wanna make sure we're sending it to the right place, is this the address that you sent yours to?

Immigration SectionMiguel de Cervantes Saavedra 193, Colonia Granada, Del. Miguel Hidalgo, 11520, Mexico D.F. Mexico

Thanks Nessa! Question: In my AOR they sent me additional letter about the police checks, I know I don't need one, but they never mentioned anything about mailing one to us either, I assuming its because our address is in Canada - would that make sense?
