. OIC I try to track in NCB Bank here in Riyadh if CiC already encash our RPRF, they dont know or they really mafi muk! Malesh!

I tough to deal with saudi banker on counter meet with the Bank Manager. I involved my colleague in treasury department who have good wastaa in bank

Its general perception if DD (Demand Draft) for RPRF has been en cashed you will get your Passport Request in a month after that. Not 100 % true in all cases

RPRF has nothing to do with PPR or processing, as you can pay RPRF with the application as well. Visa officer is not concerned with the RPRF but other eligibility, medical, security etc. if all other is clear then last step VO will check the RPRF, but normally they are asking in advance to avoid further delays. if visa is rejected then they have to refund the RPRf. DD encashment can be verified by GCMS reust as well.

If the RPRF sent in advance with Processing fees.....then it has not any implication but if VO request RPRF on final stage of Processing then it has very special implication and signal...and it become more significant when they encashed the RPRF.....in some cases they did not encashed the DD and encashed after 3 month........It means that they are ready to issue PPR request but because of File Que....Old Backlog....or more important factor Batch processing....is awaiting....
