Go for it. Also search for other threads, they may be more helpful, but here too will work.
Thanks, I searched through a bit, but couldn't find any properly organised as your threads.

I got stuck on the following while filling out the form
1. Family information, should I include my married sisters? If yes what about their husbands and kids, there is an option for Sister but not for Brothers-in-law and Nephew/ niece
2. Family Information- My fathers name spelling is different in all my documents, compared to his documents. In all my documents it is 'Isac' and in his, it is 'Issac'. What I should do here to avoid any possible future problems
3. Intended City to settle- Does this has any effect like I have to land in the nearest airport, I am yet to decide on a city
4. Previous Addresses- I have had multiple addresses in a city and someplace stayed less than a month, Do I have to give all the addresses? also, do they do any background check on addresses or it is just for determining PCC requirements

1. It is only you and your immediate family. I.e. you, your parents and siblings.
2. Use the spelling as it appears in your documents.
3. No, it has no effect.
4. No. If you lived at multiple addresses in the same city, just give a few address where you stayed for substantial amount of time.

I am filling out my post ITA forms and I am stuck at address history. I am a CEC candidate and I have been living in Canada on and off for the last 10 years. I have moved back and forth between Canada and my home country. In the year 2011 I lived in my home country for a year, then again in 2017 and now since last year I have moved back to my home country after expiry of my work permit.

I have always lived at the same address in my home country.

Now my question is when filling out my address history do I put my home country address just once from the first time I moved back home up until now or do I put it three (3) separate times?

The address history is for the time you lived. So you will have to mention but three times with the years you lived there.

Eg:

2001-2003 Address x
2004 - 2006 - Address y
2006-2008 - Address X

so on.

Thanks legalfalcon.

I had another question. My spouse has not worked in the last four years. In her personal history when I select unemployed or homemaker the system still asks for job title and name of employer. What should I put there?

Basically it ask two questions.

1. Please describe what this person was doing during this period (e.g job title, positions, etc) (required)

2. Please provide the name of company, employer, school or facility as appropriate. (Required)

Should I put NA for both?

You can answer these questions with a general answer. In my case, I put "household work", "looking for job" or just "taking care of the family" for question 1 and " not applicable" for question 2.

For 1, you can state unemployed of homemaker and for 2 write not applicable.

Hello Senior members,@legalfalcon

I have already submitted my application.

I just realised after revisiting my reference letter once again that exact dates (dd/mm/yy) in bifurcation of various job titles is not listed. Bifurcation of various job titles are listed in mm/yy format.

However,i am working with same employer from June 2012 which clearly states date of joining (dd/mm/yy) format- till present.

Reference letter is like this

It is to confirm that xxxx is working full time from exact Date of joining(1 st june 2012 till present,)full time with xxx employer.

Title A : mm/yy- present
Title B:mm/yy-mm/yy
Title C:mm/yy-mm/yy

Additionally,promotion/ appraisal letters are also attached with each job title mentioning effective date of each job title.

Please advise what exactly i can do at this moment or leave it as it is.

I have not mentioned regarding same in Loe as well and got only single reference letter from my employer with various titles which i have attached against every job title folder.
