URGENT!! Webform querry

Hi everyone,

I received my ITA in early May 2025 and submitted my eAPR on 29th June 2025. At the time of submission, my passport was valid until mid-March 2026 — so it had around 8.5 months of validity remaining. I submitted my eAPR from India.


Now that I am planning to renew my passport, I understand I need to submit the new passport details to IRCC via the webform. However, I’m a bit confused about a few fields in the webform:

1. "Is your application being processed by an office outside Canada?"
2. "Choose the visa office processing your application."

I haven’t received any communication from IRCC indicating which visa office is processing my application. How can I find this information?

Additionally, I haven’t received a UCI (Unique Client Identifier) yet. Since the application tracker requires a UCI to link the account, how and when is the UCI usually assigned? Is there any way to retrieve it before the AOR?

Are you an outland applicant or inland? If you are an inland applicant, you won't need to update your passport right away as it has no use that I can think of.
