Hello Senior members,@legalfalcon

I have already submitted my application.

I just realised after revisiting my reference letter once again that exact dates (dd/mm/yy) in bifurcation of various job titles is not listed. Bifurcation of various job titles are listed in mm/yy format.

However,i am working with same employer from June 2012 which clearly states date of joining (dd/mm/yy) format- till present.

Reference letter is like this

It is to confirm that xxxx is working full time from exact Date of joining(1 st june 2012 till present,)full time with xxx employer.

Title A : mm/yy- present
Title B:mm/yy-mm/yy
Title C:mm/yy-mm/yy

Additionally,promotion/ appraisal letters are also attached with each job title mentioning effective date of each job title.

Please advise what exactly i can do at this moment or leave it as it is.

I have not mentioned regarding same in Loe as well and got only single reference letter from my employer with various titles which i have attached against every job title folder.
You do not need to mention exact dates. As long as you have listed all designations you worked for the employer and the month and the year, you are all good.

All reference letters should have:

reference or experience letter from the employer, which
  • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
  • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits

I finally got my medical done today and just reviewing everything before I submit and have a couple of small silly questions.

1) They told me I should receive a copy of my medical results in 2-5 days. I don't have to wait until I receive my medical results do I? I have the form they gave me with my details on stating a I had an upfront medical.

2) In the document checklist section it says "Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple)". I know it's expecting me to upload all my stamped pages from the travel history I filled out. However I got a new passport in March this year. Should I just upload my new one (which has no pages stamped) or shall I upload my old one as well showing the stamps for travel history?

1) You do not have to wait, all you have to upload is the upfront sheet that was provided to you by the physician's office and the report will be sent to IRCC directly by your physician.

2)Both, all pages.

you mean we have UCI number on work permit and study permit and also have another UCI of EE application, right. We can use both? I dont know that, I though we just have one UCI once in our life only, that is the one that we apply study permit. so I used it on my LOE for proof of fund. now you said that, so I just check EE profile and see I have another UCI. Do you think is it ok if you mention temp UCI in the LOE. I mention both temp UCI and EE number, but did not mention the actual UCI (start with CAN000....). :(
Hey I did exactly same thing. Mentioned UCI of study permit on LoE and PoFs but people are saying dont worry and no need to raise webform for this thing

Hi everyone,
AOR for me is May 18, 2020. Same day I did my medical. I have been a bit worried since then and hoping I pass my medicals as I am overweight but health and not on any medication. I don't know if I was tense during the medicals because my blood pressure was 146/84. I told the physician I normally have bp readings of 110/68.
As soon as I got home....viola....it was 119/72.
Physician only asked me to lose some weight which I am working on.
Been paranoid since my medicals. Anyone with similar experience?

Neither your weight or the BP is a ground of medical inadmissibility. To read more on medicals and what makes you inadmissible, see https://bit.ly/2LMEGMK

All the best for your application.
