Potentially. Sometimes ECAS is not updated on a timely basis, although that's just from reading this forum. My ecas hasn't changed at all yet :P

in spreadsheet their is stage 2 AOR so only manila visa processing doesn't email ?thanks

Some VO's do, some dont. Mine doesn't (Ottawa), but I believe the Paris VO does.

1. You have to be inside Canada to call them.
2. It takes long time for someone to answer. Be patient.

The earlier you call the less you have to wait. check online to see when the call center opens and try to call within the first 30 mins

I was wondering the same, but those people don't show up in either the members list here, or even in this thread.
The next one I'm waiting for is Lomi90 - who hasn't logged on since Mar 27. They should be next, then I should be next.
 
I wonder maybe if there are some people who are like.... "ghost" users. They come on here and read threads to find the answers to their questions, but just don't post anything. And maybe they added to the sheet just to compare their progress with others'. Interesting. Especially cause I noticed if you go and look at some spreadsheets from a while ago like...I think I was looking at Dec 2012. Like 50% of the users are not updated past SA. So....... I guess they stop coming on here? Who knows...? lol it's sad, it'd be nice to look at the progress but its hard to compare when people don't update.

I have a friend who is also sponsoring his wife and he told me this forum makes him sad, so he stopped coming on here. Some people tell complete lies to upset others like the guy who claimed he got AOR in 8 days when NO one else got it that fast.

Yeah, I am sceptical about that too. lol What are the odds that some worker picks up an application off the wrong pile or something? Pretty slim to none. lol

Hey I was wondering, if they do the completeness check and something is missing do you still get AOR letting you know what you're missing, or do they just send it back to you with no AOR or anything and you gotta figure it out for yourself what's missing.... lol

The email shows that they rec'd it on the 31st, not on the 28th like we originally thought. We don't have a tracking number for the package, so I can't confirm this.

Is this info accurate? As in, the date that it was received there?

WEEEEEEEEE!!!!! The funniest part is that I FINALLY called the CIC today to ask a) if they'd received it yet, and b) where our files would be sent to. She told me no, nothing has been received. Then my dad called me, and while I was on the phone with him I got an email notification, and for the first time ALL week I thought "whatever, it's not CIC so I don't care." After getting off the phone with him, what do I see? An email from CIC! Yaaay!
