LMIA application processing time?

My lawyer has sent my application to EDSC on July,7 and my employer hasn't receive any call from EDSC. We didn't receive any email from EDSC as well.
My lawyer has called EDSC agent and asked them who told them that the process time would be delayed to 8-10 weeks. Any people here submit the application same time and not received the interview call? I hope we can share each timeline here. Thanks

Your lawyer will recieve the notification who will then pass it on to your employer

SC sent mail directly to my employer with credit card charge receipt and file number 24th August. Very next day after received application. But my lawyer said that SC will contact directly to employer.
I am confused.

Regular LMIA after approval we will apply for WP. And I have all the doc and IELTS ready, as soon LMIA approve I will open my EE profile. That's the plan and NOC 5241 graphic design.

Should be sent to Edmonton if your not going through EE route.

It is true LAMIA processing time is a bit waiting.

Hey we applied roughly that time, the lawyer has received email last week for interview, but still awaiting the call.

My lawyer told me when they submit the application where had a technical issue happen that the primary contact information has lost and they have tried to fax to EDSC 2 times. However, the agent first said it took 15 days to confirm and then take another 15 days. Almost driving me crazy!
