My LMIA has been approved today.
Application : Sept. 29 2014
SC asked for more info early Nov.
They lost the additional info my employer sent early Nov.

I'm so happy I can move forward.

Guys,there is something what I can not understand....last year before moratorium....processing time for LMO application was faster,now they have with 74% less application and processing time takes for ever...I remember when my employer apply for my LMO in 2 weeks he get it.... :'(

Hey Guys!

heres my update, Yesterday my employer got a call from SC and they are on the phone for more than an hour then the SC sent email after an hour, He is again asking for copy of company T2 and financial records.. again, they asked to get a copy of ads to proof that it was up there for 4 full weeks atleast.. My gosh eh advertisement was up there from May 2014 up to date (updating every month until the decision is made) I guess its not just 4weeks but it more than 4months lmao!!!! our Admin will be submitting all those papers on Monday..

So guys, what do you think is next based on your boss's experience?

You prospective employer needs to apply for the LMIA. If you have a job then your boss needs to apply as you cannot

Our employer rang SC on Friday and they said it was at 8 weeks of the 8-12 and there were no read flags so a decision should be reached in next two week and to keep ringing every few days.
I hope it's true and not just call centre standard response
