Hello!I'm a newbie here!Just want to ask your thoughts about my application on LCP..I sent my application last March 20, 2013 thru Courier. I read that if the applicant is from outside Manila, it will take 3 days untill it'll reach the embassy. My problem is that I've been waiting for my AOR since then but haven't received any yet..Do you have any idea why it took so long before I receive it?? I need help. Pls. enlighten me.Thanks so much!!your replies will be of great help!!

Please did you submit the originals of your employment contract or did you send a copy? It doesn't say on the document checklist if it's a photocopy or the original that's needed.

Please i need help with the for OWP. On page 3, there's the question of intended occupation in canada,brief description of duties, duration of employment, L.M.O, e.t.c.
My question is, since i don't know this yet, do i just fill N/A?.

hi there yahhh im really hoping im so excited hihi ..my friend got her owp today ^_^ her timeline is May 3 2013... ... and right now yes i am single applicant... but i am going home this OCtober to get married to my boyfriend ayiehhh and then when i come back i will add him on my Pr application ... Ok guys I have one question here about our vacations. When we get our owps and after that do we need any single entry if we r going for vacation to another province within Canada jst for vacation(e.g. vancouver to toronto). I m confused someone said u need it bt I think I dont need. So plz help me.
I had single entry visa when i entered canada bt now I have valid work permit.So do i need to get any visa? coz i m allowed to work in BC.

Hi Juslen! The description of duties are in your contract please to check it. Don't worry about the LMO section you don't have to put anything there.. as for duration of employment i put from the day i fill up the application to expiration date of my permit. Another thing i send a photocopy of my contract, hope this information help wish you luck! ;D

One question: I phoned CIC 2 days ago and the agent said they just opened the 7/11/2013 file which they received for OPW & PR application. When can I expect to receive the AOR from CIC via Email, CIC received my application on 3/Aug/2013. When can I call them to follow up the processing status?

hi i found this ... i dont know if this applies to travel inside canada though...

On the FAQ page of the Canadian Government you can read:
"A single entry visa allows you to enter Canada only once. If you have a valid USA visa and are visiting the USA on your trip to Canada, the visa may also be used for repeated entries into Canada from the USA within the time allowed for your stay in Canada."

On Citizenship and Immigration Canada you can read:
A single-entry visa allows you to enter Canada once.
If you leave Canada it says if you leave Canada so i think you will be fine to travel inside canada....please do further research too during your authorized stay, you must get a new visitor visa to re-enter Canada.
There are two exceptions: you can visit the United States or Saint-Pierre et Miquelon and return to Canada without getting a new visa, as long as you:
• return within the initial period authorized by the immigration officer or
• have a valid visitor record, work permit, study permit, or a temporary resident permit (authorizing re-entry) and return within the initial period authorized by the officer.
